Core sediments in the bohai have been analyzed to assess the sources and diagenesis of organic matter . two sampling sites have been chosen : e3 and e5 , which are located in the center of bohai bay . it is indicated that the most important organic source is the terrestrial matter transported by the yellow river into the bohai by analyzing the distribution of 本文测定了位于渤海中部的e3和e5两柱样中正构烷烃和脂肪酸的含量分布研究表明：渤海沉积物中有机质的重要来源是黄河的陆源物质输运，黄河的历史变迁在柱样中可通过轻重烃比值的变化记录体现。
